run/hack 1.3 - your mission


run/hack 1.3 is mostly about re-working missions, and new card art.

  • Mission cards are now tiered; one set designated for rounds 1 & 2, another set for rounds 3 & 4, and another set for round 5.
  • Some early mission cards provide benefits other than VP; you take the card into your hand and use it when you want.
  • Each player gets 1 PRIVATE MISSION. These are the spatial mission cards, which are no longer in the regular Mission deck. They are worth more VP, are all worth the same number of VP, and are ONLY scored at the END of the game.
  • Hand size of program cards increased to 4.
  • GENERIC INTEL — some mission cards provide you with generic intel tokens that can be placed on your Captured Intel area
  • Captured intel area now has a re-roll token, a die, then 2VP in each row.
  • Location tiles have been modified so that the colour of the die for each location is visible, even when covered by a node token.
  • Law Low now involves a dice roll of all your black dice to potentially unlock multiple dice each time.
  • Colour change mod may now only be used to change black dice to red or white.

All the cards now have art! 

It's all AI-generated art (I know, I know), and temporary for the prototype. WOMBO came out with a new style recently and it suited the game so I thought it might be fun to add some art to the cards.
