run/hack v1.1 re-focuses the game on hacking.
- BIGGEST CHANGE: Risk/reward for hacking is proportional to the amount of ice on the server.
- Successful hack: Earn VP equal to amount of ice.
- Unsuccessful hack: increase your profile by the amount of ice.
- Dirty hacks DOUBLE these.
- At the end of the game, get 1 VP for every 2 ice you have.
- Nerfed the VP reward for almost all mission cards. It was too easy to score big points without hacking at all.
- More mission cards are focused on hacking.
- Captured intel now earns you additional re-roll tokens and dice instead of benefits at the end of every turn (these benefits kept getting forgotten).
- New round shape for Intel tokens, so they aren't so easy to confuse with node tokens.
These changes bring everything back to hacking, which is what the game is all about. It makes adding and de-rezzing ice much more important, and adds so much more tension and excitement with the stakes for each hack going through the roof.
