Elleven 1.0.7 - Three Pairs (and a few rules tweaks)

After some player feedback, I've added 3 Pairs as a scoring set. I've also swapped the values of 6 Straight and 2 Triples, because math. The final change is to the endgame: After someone gets to 11 points, everyone else gets one last turn (don't just finish the round).
Oh and I made a how to play video!
